Campo Hermoso, nestled in the hills of Quindío, Colombia, has become one of the country's most respected centers for coffee innovation. It is here that Edwin Noreña cultivates this exceptional Sidra variety, bringing together remarkable terroir, thoughtful cultivation, and years of research into modern coffee processing.

More than a producer, Edwin is a lifelong coffee grower, agronomist, Q Grader, educator, and Cup of Excellence judge whose work has helped redefine the possibilities of fermentation. Every lot reflects a philosophy built on precision, patience, and a deep respect for both science and origin.

This Sidra undergoes controlled anaerobic fermentation before being finished using the Black Honey process, creating a cup that is both expressive and composed. Notes of dried fruit lead into delicate black tea and elegant floral sweetness, carried by a silky body with exceptional clarity from first sip to finish.

Released in limited quantity, this coffee represents the spirit of our Limited Reserve program—coffees selected not simply for their rarity, but for the people, places, and craftsmanship that make them truly memorable.

BREW TIPS: Brew as a pour-over using a V60 or Origami at a 1:16 ratio with water between 203–206°F (95–96.5°C) to highlight its layered sweetness, tea-like structure, and delicate florals.
