1. OVERVIEW
AT SESSION SPECIALTY COFFEE, WE WANT EVERY EXPERIENCE WITH US—ONLINE OR IN YOUR CUP—TO FEEL EFFORTLESS. IF SOMETHING ISN’T RIGHT, WE’RE HERE TO HELP. THIS REFUND & RETURN POLICY OUTLINES HOW WE HANDLE RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND ORDER ISSUES IN A CLEAR AND CUSTOMER‑FRIENDLY WAY.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & REFUNDS
COFFEE IS A PERISHABLE PRODUCT. FOR THIS REASON, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ROASTED COFFEE UNLESS THE PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED OR THERE WAS AN ERROR ON OUR PART.
WE GLADLY OFFER REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
• YOUR ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED.
• YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM.
• YOUR PACKAGE NEVER ARRIVED (AFTER A REASONABLE CARRIER INVESTIGATION).
• THERE WAS A MISTAKE ON OUR END DURING FULFILLMENT.
WE CANNOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR:
• COFFEE THAT HAS BEEN OPENED OR CONSUMED.
• CUSTOMER ERROR IN ORDERING (E.G., SELECTING THE WRONG GRIND SIZE OR PRODUCT).
• DELAYED SHIPMENTS CAUSED BY CARRIERS ONCE ITEMS ARE IN TRANSIT.
3. TIME WINDOW
PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER FOR ANY REFUND OR REPLACEMENT REQUEST. FOR MISSING SHIPMENTS, REACH OUT WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE ORDER DATE.
4. PROCESS FOR REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS

PLEASE INCLUDE:
• YOUR ORDER NUMBER
• A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ISSUE
• PHOTOS (IF AN ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED)
OUR TEAM WILL REVIEW YOUR REQUEST AND PROVIDE A RESOLUTION WITHIN 1–2 BUSINESS DAYS.
5. RETURNS FOR NON‑COFFEE MERCHANDISE
FOR APPAREL, DRINKWARE, OR ACCESSORIES:
• ITEMS MUST BE UNUSED AND IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION
• INITIATE YOUR RETURN WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY
• RETURN SHIPPING COSTS MAY APPLY UNLESS THE ERROR WAS ON OUR END
6. REFUND METHOD
APPROVED REFUNDS ARE ISSUED TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD. PLEASE ALLOW 3–7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR BANK OR CARD ISSUER TO PROCESS THE REFUND ONCE IT HAS BEEN RELEASED.
7. EXCHANGES
IF YOU'D PREFER A REPLACEMENT INSTEAD OF A REFUND, WE’RE HAPPY TO ARRANGE THAT—SIMPLY LET US KNOW IN YOUR MESSAGE.
8. SHIPPING COSTS
SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON‑REFUNDABLE UNLESS THE ISSUE WAS CAUSED BY SESSION SPECIALTY COFFEE.
